1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At CO TAILORS, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging (where applicable)
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 7-day return period
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless otherwise stated)
- Items that have been personalized or customized
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Explain the reason for the return and provide your order details
- Get Authorization: We will provide you with return authorization and instructions
- Pack Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Back: Send the items back to our address (provided in return authorization)
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping terms:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
- CO TAILORS is not responsible for items lost during return shipment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Return shipping will be covered by CO TAILORS for defective or incorrect items
- Please provide photos of the defect or incorrect item if requested
8. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued
