At CO TAILORS, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging (where applicable)
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items that have been personalized or customized

4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping terms:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  • CO TAILORS is not responsible for items lost during return shipment
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by CO TAILORS for defective or incorrect items
  • Please provide photos of the defect or incorrect item if requested

8. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued
